2. Compliance: Abide by all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines in promoting StableCluster services.
3. Prohibited Activities: Refrain from any misleading, deceptive, or unethical practices, including but not limited to:
   • Making false claims about our services
   • Using spam or unsolicited communications
   • Engaging in cookie stuffing or other fraudulent activities
4. Brand Integrity: Maintain the integrity of the StableCluster brand by not using our logos, trademarks, or other proprietary materials without prior written permission.

3. Affiliate Commissions

1. Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn commissions based on the successful referrals that result in new customer purchases of StableCluster services. The specific commission rates and terms are outlined on our Affiliate Program page.
2. Qualified Referrals: To be eligible for a commission, referrals must:
   • Be new customers to StableCluster
   • Complete a purchase using your unique affiliate link
   • Remain active and in good standing for at least 30 days

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StableCluster, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

1. Your participation in the Program
2. Your violation of these Terms
3. Your violation of any rights of another party

7. Changes to Terms

StableCluster reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued participation in the Program after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StableCluster operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
